This woman developed a basal cell carcinoma on her nose in the area of the right nasal ala and underwent Mohs surgery to remove the growth. Dr. Yeh performed a Nasal Reconstruction with a bilobed nasal flap and provided a cartilage graft to prevent nasal collapse and notching in this area.
