Following a Moh's resection of a basal cell carcinoma skin cancer, this woman presented to Dr. Yeh for reconstruction of the upper lip. Using a combination of rotation and advancement skin flaps from the neighboring tissue, he was able to reconstruct the defect and camouflage the scar within the natural nasolabial fold.
