This young woman developed a large keloid scar at the base of her neck and upper chest. She had tried multiple prior treatments which were uneffective and made the problem worse. Dr. Yeh treated this keloid scar with a combination of 2 steroid injections and pulsed dye laser treatments in order to help smooth out the scar and reduce the visible redness.
