This young woman struggled with large keloids on both ears which developed after ear piercings. The size and location of these keloids created a significant deformity of the ear. Dr. Yeh performed Keloid Removal and Scar Revision with a skin graft in order to treat this difficult problem. She was also treated with post-operative steroid injections and laser treatments to prevent future keloid formation.
