This woman developed a large keloid on the rim of her ear after ear cartilage piercing. She had tried surgical removal by different surgeons twice before without success as the keloid had regrown each time. Dr. Yeh performed meticulous Keloid Removal and Scar Revision to completely remove the growth and preserve her normal ear shape. She was treated with post-operative laser and steroid injections to prevent keloid recurrence.
