This young woman was bothered by the irregularity of her nasal dorsum as well as the broadness and droopiness of her nasal tip. Dr. Yeh performed a Rhinoplasty to help her nose better fit her face by reducing the nasal dorsum, softening the nasal tip, and slightly increasing the rotation of the nose upward into a desirable feminine position.
