This woman developed a skin cancer on her right forehead and eyebrow area which was treated with Mohs Surgery. The patient presented to Dr. Yeh with a complex facial defect which involved loss of the lower forehead skin and eyebrow. Using a rotation advancement skin flap, he was able to reconstruct the forehead and brow while maintaining a natural appearance. A laser scar treatment performed in the post-op period helped to minimize the overall scar appearance.
