This person was bothered by the protuberance of the ears. Dr. Yeh performed an Ear Surgery (Otoplasty) which helps improve the ear position by bringing the ears closer to the side of the head. The case was unique given the pre-existing large gauged holes of the earlobes which can limit the setback of the ears.
